Once again the TCHA Board of Directors will hold a midsummer planning session. The last session enabled us to solidify goals and make sure the Association continues in the right direction.
This year's planning meetings is scheduled for August 20, 12 noon to August 21, 12 noon.
We will meet in the Stagecoach Inn in Salado. It's at 401 S. Stagecoach Road, Salado, TX 76571. Google Map. (254) 947-5111, or (800) 732-8994. FAX is (254) 947-0671. Their website is http://www.staystagecoach.com/. All rooms are non-smoking. If you need a first floor room please request it when you make your reservation. All rooms are $90.00 each plus applicable taxes.
The first session will start at 12:00 noon, in the Robertson Room, and continue until about 5:00 p.m. Two grounded extension cords will be furnished. If anyone needs any equipment, i.e., screen, projector, flip chart/easel, masking tape, markers, etc. please let me know by August 5.
After a break, many of us will meet in the Sam Houston Dining Room (the main restaurant) for dinner at 6:45 p.m., and it's open for everyone attending the meeting. each person may order any item(s) on the menu, with each guest responsible for their own cost of food, beverages, tax and gratuity. Bill Titus will let us know if there will be an evening session after dinner.
Sunday morning, everyone, including spouses and guests, is invited to a full complimentary breakfast in the Coffee Shop, starting at 7:00 a.m. with the cost paid by TCHA. Be sure to tell your server you're with the TCHA group.
The planning session, followed by the business meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. in the Robertson Room and conclude by 12:00 noon. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
All TCHA members are welcome to attend the planning session. It's your Association.
