The Texas Concealed Handgun Association Board of Directors is proud to announce plans for the 16th annual conference, March 1 through 3, 2013 at the YO Ranch Resort.
TCHA is introducing a new and exciting element to the sixteenth Annual Conference. We will offer continuing education to instructors and non- instructors alike. This is the start of a program designed to improve the knowledge and skills of CHL holders. The goal of this program is to set a standard of excellence that may become the normal requirement within the CHL community. Four ninety-minute courses will be offered:
Each student who completes a course will receive a "suitable for framing" Certificate of Completion. Each student who completes all four courses at the 2013 Convention will receive a "suitable for framing" Intermediate CHL Certification from the TCHA. The certificate will be awarded at the convention's Saturday Night Dinner.

The Association's Regular Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Elections will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2013 beginning at 9:00 AM at the YO Ranch Resort,
2033 Sidney Baker, Kerrville, Texas 78028. The meeting is open to all Association members and guests at no charge.All members are encouraged to attend. Safeguarding our right to keep and bear arms and concealed carry is dependent upon the interest and support of everyday citizens. Support your Association. We will be raffling off firearms at this meeting.
Once again we are planning a Fun Shoot at the Hill Country Shooting Sports Center. Bring your favorite sidearm and plenty of ammo. Be prepared for lots of target and action shooting at this Olympic facility. A concealed carry holster will be handy, but is not required.
The Fun Shoot will again feature demonstrations and contests. While all CHLs will benefit, instructors should be particularly interested in seeing techniques they can use in their own classes.

The CHL Protection Plan will be hosting a hospitality/welcome gathering before the banquet on Saturday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. You can also gather at Rick's hotel room starting about 5:00 PM Friday. CHLPP will provide adult beverages and cigars. They look forward to seeing you there.
